Eligibility Criteria for UP NHM CHO Online Form 2025

The eligibility criteria for the candidates has been changed this time. All the candidates are eager to attempt the selection process of community health officer, but the nhm has made some big and unexpected changes about the UP NHM CHO Online Form 2025 eligibility criteria.

MJPRU Private Form 2025-26 UG, PG

The candidates who has completed their B.sc. nursing or Post b.sc. nursing and have the cchn certificate can only apply for the community health officer (CHO) recruitment. On the other hand we can say who has completed their nursing course after 2020 can apply for this recruitment. The GNM candidates cannot apply for this recruitment, in short the candidates who has completed their gnm diploma course
even after 2020 and have their CCHN certificate are also not eligible for this cho recruitment.

• GNM candidates are not allowed.

Age Limit for UP NHM CHO Online Form 2025

• The candidate of age between 21 to 40 years can apply for the recruitment of cho 2025. The reserved categories candidates will count under age relaxation criteria as per the state government laws. Upper age limit is relaxed by:
• 5 Years for OBC
• 15 Years for person with disabilities candidate.
• 3 years + Period of service rendered in Army for the emergency commissioned officers/short service commissioned officers/ Ex-Army Personnel of U.P.

Candidates claiming reservation/Age relaxation in more than one category will be entitled to only one concession, whichever is more beneficial to them.

Reservation criteria UP NHM CHO Vacancy 2025

Reservation will be provided as per applicable reservation rule to candidates who are original in habitants of uttar pradesh (domicile of Uttar Pradesh only).Candidate not having domicile of U.P will be under un-reserved category and may apply only as unreserved category.

Candidates belongs to SC, ST, OBS (NCL), PWD and EWS category can claim benefit for the same by uploading a valid SC, ST, OBS (NCL),PWD and EWS certificate while filling online application form.

In case of female candidates, caste certificate issued from father’s side only will be treated as valid. Candidates claiming for the benefit and age relaxation, the category certificate must be issued between 01.04.2023 to last date of online submission of application on the format available in annexure-IV for OBC (NCL) & annexure-V for EWS of this advertisement shall be treated valid.
